IQ-EQ Adds Managing Directors in Singapore, Japan

Luxembourg-based investor services firm IQ-EQ has expanded with the hire of new managing directors in Singapore as well as Japan.

IQ-EQ has appointed Divya Doshi as managing director, sales for Asia and the Middle East, according to a statement, based in Singapore. Doshi has more than 30 years of financial service experience and will be responsible for growing the firm’s client base and deepening ties with family offices, institutions and sovereign wealth funds.

In addition, IQ-EQ has named Koji Ikeda as managing director, Japan, tasked with focusing on strengthening the firm’s presence in the country and supporting clients with complex, multi-jurisdictional needs. Ikeda has over 35 years of leadership experience in custody, securities lending and offshore fund services.

Asia Growth Strategy

According to the investor services group, it has the target of doubling revenue by 2028 as part of its Asia growth strategy. This includes expansions into new markets, such as Australia and New Zealand, strengthening its regulatory and compliance capabilities in the region and investing in proprietary technology platforms. It is also making strategic leadership hires across Greater China, Japan and Southeast Asia.
