Dallas-headquartered CBRE has expanded the role of a Hong Kong-based executive.
CBRE Hong Kong appoints Ada Fung as head of advisory & transaction services, according to a statement, effective April 1. She will report to Tom Gaffney, president of North Asia, advisory services, CBRE and also have a dotted reporting line to Luke Moffat, head of advisory & transaction services, CBRE Asia Pacific.
In the expanded role, Fung will oversee all the advisory & transaction business lines including office services, workplace, retail, industrial & logistics services and transaction management. She first joined CBRE in 2011 and has been head of office services, advisory & transaction services for Hong Kong since 2021.
