UBP Hires North Asia Head of Equity Advisory

Geneva-based UBP has bolstered its equity advisory capabilities with the hire of a former HSBC executive in Hong Kong.

UBP appoints Linda Lam as head of equity advisory North Asia, according to a statement. Based in Hong Kong, she will report to Andy Lee, head of investment services, North Asia.

Lam was previously an equity specialist at HSBC Global Private Banking where she focused on providing advice on the asset class for Greater China ultra-high net worth clients offshore. Prior to joining HSBC in 2017, she also worked at Invesco, JPMorgan Asset Management and Citibank.
