Chicago-based real estate firm JLL hired a former real asset researcher from index provider MSCI.

JLL has appointed David Green-Morgan as senior advisor, Asia Pacific research, according to a statement, effective immediately. Based in Singapore, he reports to Pamela Ambler, head of investor Intelligence and strategy, APAC. In the newly created role, Green-Morgan will be charged with using the firm’s regional network of capital markets operatives and data to analyze key trends in transaction volumes and investor return requirements.

Green-Morgan was most recently the global head of real asset research at MSCI. Prior to that, he managed research and operations for Real Capital Analytics in APAC before its acquisition by MSCI in 2021. He also had a previous stint at JLL.
