JLL's latest Singapore-based appointment underscores evolving capital coverage and distribution requirements of real estate investors.

Commercial real estate and investment management company JLL announced Wednesday that Tim Graham will assume the role of Global Lead – International and Strategic Capital for its Capital Markets business.

He will remain based in Singapore, leading a global team of international capital coverage experts charged with servicing the diversified and sophisticated requirements of global investors in real estate.

JLL has been at the vanguard supporting global capital with dedicated capabilities since 2003. By broadening coverage to focus more closely on strategic trends and themes, and by utilizing technology to provide more sophisticated distribution solutions, JLL believes it will further differentiate its global capital model to meet the evolving needs of clients.

Almost 20 Years of  Experience in Commercial Property Business

Graham brings close to 20 years of experience in commercial property, having worked in both client and advisory capacities, to his new role. Since 2018, he has been based in Singapore where he has focused on managing investor clients coming into and out of the region as Head of International Capital Coverage, Asia Pacific, a position he will retain in the new organizational structure.

Before moving to Asia, Graham was National Director – Central London Capital Markets, where he led complex multi-disciplinary transactions, originated investment opportunities and executed commercial transactions and specialized in direct equity deals and joint venture partnerships with international investors. He has also worked for LaSalle Investment Management, JLL’s independent real estate investment arm.
