The investment management arm of CBRE has hired a senior director in Asia to focus on capital-raising efforts.
Nicholas Riordan joins CBRE Investment Management as a senior director within the client solutions team, according to a statement. Based in Singapore, he reports to APAC head of client solutions officers Mark Jun.
In the role, Riordan will focus on driving capital-raising efforts for infrastructure investment programs among clients in the region.
Riordan joins from Surbana Jurong Capital, the investment arm of Singapore-based Surbana Jurong Group, which focuses on engineering and infrastructure consultancy. Previously, he also worked at Hastings Funds Management as a specialist infrastructure fund manager based in Melbourne.
