SWISS Lounge Experience

For travelers in Business Class, SWISS provides the SWISS Business Lounge in Terminal E with 1,200 square meters. Separate working areas, high speed internet and a quite zone make the waiting period for Business travelers more efficient and less time costly.

Showers, bright open areas and the Swiss alpine panorama view establish a soothing and relaxing atmosphere in which all flight preparations can easily be managed. And if the customers would like to enjoy some refreshments before the departure, SWISS provides a front cooking buffet as well as a cold buffet.

Similarly also in Zurich Airport’s Terminal E, SWISS hosts the Senator Lounge that provides 1,100 square meters of quiet zone, reading area, as well as a dining area with a view of the Zurich Airport runway. Additionally, there is 325 square meters covered terrace with the Swiss alpine panoramic view. The highlight waiting in the Senator Lounge however is the whisky bar that serves its customers over 220 varieties of whisky, soothing a longer layover.

The smallest of these three lounges in Terminal E is the SWISS First Lounge with 750 square meters of exclusivity for SWISS’ First Class customers. Two restaurants, a 5-star a la cart restaurant and an American diner, offer a wide variety and the best service.

The meals can be provided at any time and therefore answer any demand the customers are naming. A champagne bar and a wine humidor that serves over 1,000 bottles of wine from Switzerland and the rest of the world, will find the perfect match even for the thirstiest throats. Two hotel rooms, a conference room and multiple mini suites provide privacy, business meeting opportunities and relaxation before starting or continuing the journey with SWISS.

Also to be mentioned is the new SWISS First Lounge in Terminal A, that takes care of the customers since March 2018.

With an innovative coat check, that allows customers to store their belongings even over the duration of a trip, a private security lane that relieves any departure stress, and a limousine service to dock E, every journey with SWISS becomes a treat for First Class customers.

The impeccable service is visible in the barista bar, the smokers lounge as well as the a la cart restaurant. The atmosphere is round up by the high quality design, of the wooden floors and the sophisticated furniture, designed by the Swiss designers Vitra and de Sede. Overall, the entire lounge wakes the feeling of being at home in the private living room atmosphere and not at a busy and hectic airport.
