Experiencing «SWISSness» in Premium Travel Classes, on and off Ground
With an individual screen and an extended entertainment program featuring various current movies, TV shows, musical channels and games, First and Business Class passengers can make the most of their flight time.
SWISS also offers a wide choice of international newspapers and magazines increasingly available as e-papers as well as SWISS Universe, the dedicated inflight magazine exclusively for First and Business Class passengers.
The airline makes it a point to showcase the work of young Swiss designers. For instance, textile designer Caroline Flueler is responsible for the design of seat covers, blankets and pillows in the First, Business and Economy Class.
In order to soothe the long-haul journey of First and Business Class travelers SWISS offers seasonal amenity kits. For First Class customers it is available in six different designs and contains selected Swiss products such as pajamas by Zimmerli.
The Business Class kits have been developed in collaboration with Victorinox, the internationally renowned manufacturer of the Swiss pocket knife. With this collaboration comes the practicability of these kits that are reusable and can partially be combined.
Included in the amenity kits are a practical passport holder, a travel toiletries bag with toothbrush and toothpaste, a lip salve, a sleeping mask as well as ear plugs for a comfortable and relaxing long-haul flight.
As a cultural diverse country, this diversity is also promoted on board, where the flight attendances are multilingual and respond to any request from passengers. Furthermore, they offer First and Business travelers a variety of beverages including wine and champagne and follow the ‘SWISS tradition’ in their inflight culinary concept.
In order to customize the personal journey the First Class passenger can order their gourmet menu at any chosen time. For Business Class passengers the options of a light Quick Meal or several courses, accompanied by fine wine are provided.
The concept of SWISSness is emphasized, next to the flagship aircraft Boeing 777-300ER also on ground at the Zurich lounges that SWISS upholds at this award-winning airport.
