Singapore-based WRISE has appointed two financial veterans to strategic senior roles.

WRISE Wealth Management Singapore appoints Ranjiv Raman as managing director and head of discretionary solutions as well as Agnes Goh as managing director and head of family advisory and institutional wealth, according to a statement, effective immediately, In their roles, they both report to WRISE Wealth Management Singapore CEO Kevin Teng.

Raman has over 20 years of financial services experience and held key positions at Schroders, BSI Bank and Aberdeen Asset Management. Goh has more than 27 years of banking experience and previously worked at Bank of Singapore, HSBC and UBS. 

DPM Demand

According to WRISE, the hires are a strategic move to maximize returns for clients. In response to growing market volatility and rising interest rates, discretionary portfolio management (DPM) is increasingly being demanded by clients, particularly in Asia.

WRISE is a wealth management firm with 90 professionals worldwide with its headquarters based in Singapore, alongside offices in Hong Kong and the Middle East. It was established in 2022 by Bank of Singapore’s ex-Hong Kong branch CEO Derrick Tan.
