The investment management arm of CBRE has announced the appointment of an Asia Pacific head of research.

CBRE Investment Management appoints Sandy Padilla as APAC head of research, according to a statement, based in Melbourne.  

Padilla has over 20 years of real estate research experience, most recently as a senior director within the firm's APAC research team, focusing on Pacific markets. She joined CBRE Investment Management in its Los Angeles office in 2010. 

Promotion to Leadership

Padilla’s appointment is part of broader promotions internally to other staff, including David Inskip as EMEA head of research and Shane Taylor as Americas head of research in 2022.

CBRE Investment Management is a global real assets investment manager operating from over 30 offices in 20 countries worldwide. As of 30 September 2022, it had $143.9 billion in assets under management.
