Credit Suisse has reportedly appointed an investment banking management committee to oversee integration with UBS.

Credit Suisse appoints investment banking head Michael Ebert to lead markets within the management committee, according to a «Reuters» report citing an internal memo.

Capital markets members include Marc Warm for the Americas, Michael Furber for EMEA and Kuan-Ern Tan for APAC. Min Park will be the member for markets in Asia.

Onu Odim will oversee investment banking risk management while Olivier Charhon and Amy Clack have been named chief operating officers for markets and capital markets, respectively.

Other Support

The committee will also be supported by other executives including investment banking chief financial officer Tony Bullman and chief risk officer David Krauss.

A spokesperson for the bank confirmed the contents of the memo.

UBS completed its takeover of Credit Suisse earlier this month and is now undergoing integration across the global business.
