Executive search firm Korn Ferry has recruited from a leading global advisory firm to fill a senior Asian based role.
In a press release Korn Ferry said Dhritiman Chakrabarti has joined the firm as Senior Client Partner, Korn Ferry Hay Group. He will be based in Korn Ferry’s Singapore office.
In his new role as the Regional Rewards and Benefits Leader for Asia Pacific, he will manage the entire spectrum of Rewards and Benefits solutions, including Executive Compensation, broad-based Rewards, Performance Management and Incentive Pay Design.
Chakrabarti has more than 20 years of consulting experience across the Asia Pacific region.
Before joining Korn Ferry Hay Group, he was the regional leader for the Rewards, Talent & Communications business for Asia Pacific at Willis Towers Watson.
