The current Chief Executive Officer of Cazenove Capital has been named as the new Schroders Global Head of Wealth Management. 

Andrew Ross (pictured below) the Chief Executive of Cazenove Capital has been named as Schroders Global Head of wealth management. In addition to his current role, Ross will now also be responsible for wealth management outside of the U.K.. The expanded portfolio will include the Asian operations in Singapore and Hong Kong both of which Ross visited last month.

Ross will report to group head of wealth management Philip Mallinckrodt, who in addition to his responsibilities for wealth management has been handed the role of group head of private assets.

In his new role, Mallinckrodt will be responsible for bring together the business’ efforts in regards to investments and asset not traded on public markets – such as real-estate, infrastructure and insurance linked securities.

finews.asia reported recently on the recruitment of ex Credit Suisse banker Simon Lints who will head Cazenove Wealth Management in Singapore. He will assume his new post on 6 June 2016.
