Dallas-headquartered CBRE has announced the appointment of a senior director for its capital markets team in Hong Kong.
CBRE Hong Kong appoints Bernadette Lau as senior director in the capital markets team, according to a statement. In the role, she reports to Reeves Yan, head of capital markets at CBRE Hong Kong.
Lau has close to two decades of experience in the real estate industry, including a track record of disposal and acquisition advisory across all property sectors, including en-bloc and stratified commercial and industrial properties, redevelopment sites, retail shops and more. She started her career at Colliers before moving to Savills.
