Frankfurt-based Deutsche Bank has reportedly hired Credit Suisse’s head of financial institutions group in Southeast Asia.

Nick Thursby is joining Deutsche Bank as head of financial institutions group in Southeast Asia, according to a «Bloomberg» report citing unnamed sources, based in Singapore.

Thursby is expected to start the new role in the coming months which involves working on mergers and acquisitions as well as initial public offerings of financial institutions in Southeast Asia.

Thursby marks yet another Credit Suisse investment banker joining Deutsche Bank in the midst of the former’s ongoing integration with UBS following a takeover. In April, ex-Credit Suisse banker Rui Wang also joined Deutsche Bank as a managing director tasked with covering M&A and IPO deals in Greater China.
