He succeeds Tan Shu Lin, who will step down as CEO on 30 November 2021 to pursue other opportunities.
OUE Commercial Real Estate Investment Trust Management has named Han Khim Siew as chief executive officer with effect from 7 February 2022, according to an announcement on Monday.
Han 26-year career spans Hong Kong, Singapore, Indonesia and Brunei in government, real estate private equity, as well as real estate advisory in Asia Pacific and Europe. He is currently the managing director and co-head of BNP Paribas Real Estate Asia Pacific, which he joined in 2013. He was previously head of investments at Jones Lang LaSalle Indonesia.
OUE C-Reit is one of the largest diversified Singapore Reits, with total assets of S$5.8 billion ($4.25 billion) as at 30 June 2021, comprising seven properties across the commercial and hospitality segments in Singapore and Shanghai.
