The South Asia head of Standard Chartered’s private banking arm will exit after joining in 2016.

Srinivas Siripurapu is believed to leave the bank after joining less than three years ago as its private banking regional head of ASEAN & South Asia and head of the Global South Asian team.

A spokesperson for the bank declined to comment.

Siripurapu has more than 30 years of experience in financial services with leadership positions at Barclays and UBS in Singapore, and ABN Amro in India. Prior to joining Standard Chartered, Siripurapu was with Barclays last as its head of Southeast Asia; global south Asian community and; Africa offshore.
