«The emerging group should bear the working title F4,» the Swiss banker said. «This initiative for more cooperation should originate from Switzerland.»

«It would help all involved parties to develop common positions on entrepreneurial and regulatory questions,» added Odier, a partner wth Geneva private bank Lombard Odier.

He has also said that he will stay committed to and support this plan after he has given up his presidency of the SBA.
