Commercial real estate services and investment firm CBRE has announced the appointment of Alan Li to the role of Head of Capital Markets, Greater China. Mr Li will be joining CBRE in mid-December and joins from JLL where he was previously Head of Capital Markets, China and International Director.

In this newly-created role, Mr Li will head the Greater China Capital Markets team, with capital markets teams across all geographies in Greater China reporting in to him. Greater China includes China, Hong Kong and Taiwan.

Mr Li will matrix report into Ben Duncan, President, North Asia, CBRE, and Richard Kirke, Managing Director of CBRE’s Capital Markets Asia Pacific. He will be based in Shanghai.
