The North Asia market head of HSBC’s private banking arm has resigned, finews.asia has learned.

HSBC Global Private Banking's North Asia market head Bryce Wan has resigned from the British lender, sources told finews.asia. Wan has nearly three decades of experience and he first joined HSBC in June 2022. Prior to that, he spent four years with UBS Global Wealth Management and 19 years with Goldman Sachs Private Wealth Management.

Effective immediately, APAC head of investment counselors Gabriel Tam will become the interim market head of Hong Kong, in addition to his current responsibilities.
