Credit Suisse added a duo of ultra-high net worth bankers focused on the Hong Kong market, according to a note seen by finews.asia.

Polly Leung joins as an executive director and expert relationship manager for the Hong Kong market. The 17-year financial veteran was most recently with BNP Paribas where she covered Greater China institutions, family offices and UHNW clients for global market and wealth management over a six-year period. Previously, she was the deputy head of trading at ICBC International.

Last month, the bank also named Nelly Tse as a managing director for the market after also joining from BNP Paribas where she focused on UHNW clients. With more than 20 years of experience, she pervasively held various leadership positions at BNP Paribas, Standard Chartered as well as DBS, where she was its former head of Treasures Private Client, a super affluent wealth segment.

«The hiring of [Leung] and [Tse] will enable us to further expand our coverage of the [UHNW] as well as family officers segments, further strengthening our ability to offer integrated banking services to our clients,» said Eddy Sze, market group head for Hong Kong at the bank.
