Administration services provider TMF Group bolstered its fund business in China and Taiwan with the hire of an ex-State Street executive.
Sabrina Li joins as the head of the fund administration business in the two markets, according to a statement, after most recently servicing as a team head at State Street. Previously, Li had also worked with the like of Citco Fund Services, HSBC and Chiense firms like Sycamore investment and Homaer Financial.
«The fund sector is growing very quickly within the Greater China region, and there is huge opportunity out there for our clients,» said Thun Lee, TMF Group’s head of China and Taiwan.
«Sabrina is a seasoned fund professional with a strong track record of developing and launching innovative programs and solutions for clients across the wealth management landscape,» added global head of fund services Andrew O’Shea.
