The Singapore-headquartered company has entered a strategic partnership with digital services and consulting firm Xebia for the launch of digital bank Uno in the Philippines.

As part of the deal with DigibankAsia, Xebia will help build Uno's digital-fist platform by integrating with leading banking products to improve the customer experience, according to an announcement on Monday.

Uno, which is operated by Singapore-based DigibankAsia, is also working with Backbasecloud banking provider Mambu and Amazon Web Services, for its rollout in the Philippines.

Regional Expansion

Globally Xebia already works with established banking and financial services players including ING, ABN-AMRO, Barclays, Societe General, among others. The company also helps drive digital transformation for the likes of Air France, Emirates, Tesla, Uber, L’oreal.  

Following its Asia launch in 2020, the Netherlands-headquartered company has set its sights on Southeast Asia, with offices planned in Singapore, Vietnam and the Philippines in the coming months, the company said.
