International law firm Allen & Overy has appointed two new partners into its Greater China capital markets practice.

Lina Lee and Jonathan Hsui who will be based in Allen & Overy’s Hong Kong office, join from Ashurst’s Hong Kong office. 

Lee and Hsui have significant experience advising large financial institutions and corporate clients on Equity Capital Markets (ECM) related transactions, including IPOs, block trades and rights issues as well as M&A.

They have worked closely together for more than eight years and are widely recognised as a strong and respected team.

Relocating to Hong Kong

The latest additions follow the recent appointments of Charlotte Robins as a partner in the Hong Kong regulatory practice and Liang (Alex) Tao who recently joined the Greater China debt capital markets practice, as finews.asia reported .

Allen & Overy partner Stephen Miller will also be relocating from London to Hong Kong later this month to lead the firm’s Asia debt capital markets practice.

Expand Into Global Markets
