Headline Making Transactions

He has particular expertise in the Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT) and energy sectors, and has broad experience working with private equity and venture capital funds.

He is a Registered Foreign Attorney (Gaikokuho Jimu Bengoshi) in Japan and a member of Tokyo Bar Association.

«With experience in both Silicon Valley and Tokyo and a very strong track record on significant, headline-making public and private transactions, Nels is an important addition to the White & Case team. We’re very excited to have him on board,» said said Brian Strawn, Tokyo-based White & Case partner.
