CBRE Calibrates Capital Markets Team

CBRE Capital Markets in Hong Kong has restructured its business by merging the Institutional Investment Properties team into its Capital Markets team.

In a memo shown to CBRE announced that Stanley Wong has been appointed as the head of Hong Kong’s Capital Markets team (previously Investment Properties). He will assume his new title of Executive Director effective as of 16 November 2016 and will report directly to Tom Gaffney and matrix to Alan Li.

The Institutional Investment Properties team, currently led by John Davies, Executive Director, will merge into the Hong Kong Capital Markets team.

With this new structure the firm says it will now have one collaborative department to further drive and support the Capital Markets business development initiatives and act as key point of contact for institutional clients.
