New Trading Desk for Credit Suisse

In response to market demand for US and European investment grade credit product in the Asia Pacific, during regional trading hours, Credit Suisse has established a new dedicated credit trading desk in Hong Kong.

To staff the new unit the Swiss bank has hired a seasoned trader, Edwin Yeung, as Director, U.S. and European Credit Trading. Prior to joining Credit Suisse, he was with HSBC in Hong Kong for ten years and has traded U.S. Credits since 2010.

Edwin Yueng 510In this new role Yeung (pictured) will allow Credit Suisse to offer electronic trading of U.S. and European Corporate Bonds to customers in the Asia Pacific region. He will report globally to Steven Feinberg, Head of Investment Grade Trading America, and Chris Orr, Co-head of Investment Grade Trading EMEA. Locally in Hong Kong he will report to Andy Mellor, Head APAC Convertible Bond & Cash Bond Trading.
