Citibank Korea has launched a comprehensive wealth management advisory system called Total Wealth Advisor to provide quality service for asset management.

Citibank Korea’s new service now enables the bank’s relationship managers and portfolio managers to provide financial goal planning and investment asset management services to their clients through a systematic and standardised process, the bank said in a statement to finews.asia.

The service, which is available on mobile tablets and personal computers, also gives asset managers the ability to monitor whether customers’ financial goals are on the right track on a real-time basis.

The so called Total Wealth Advisor (TWA) allows Citi's Korean wealth management advisors to systemically design financial goals for their clients including retirement, education, capital protection and asset growth, and provide advice to help them establish diversified investment portfolios to achieve those goals.

The TWA has an internal index called the Citigold Diversification Index that informs customers of the current status of their asset or product diversification as well as their preparedness for future market volatility.
