CIMB's T18 Strategy

Subhak Siwaraksa served for seven years as President and Chief Executive of CIMB Thai. During his tenure he resolved various legacy issues and subsequently guided CIMB Thai on a new strategic path.

«Kittiphun’s appointment is both timely and strategic as CIMB re-positions its banking business in Thailand, one of our key markets in the region. His 24-year banking experience bodes well for CIMB Thai and I am confident that he will add great value to our franchise in Thailand and to the Group. The management team and I look forward to working closely with Kittiphun in spearheading our plans for the Thai market as part of our T18 Strategy,» said Tengku Dato’ Sri Zafrul Aziz, Group Chief Executive, CIMB Group.
