Mercer, a global consulting leader in advancing health, wealth and careers, has announced several senior appointments in Hong Kong and Singapore in direct response to client and market demand. The news coincides with expansion in the company’s talent consulting business across the region.

Billy Wong, Managing Director and Business Leader in Hong Kong and Francis Goh, Country Leader in Singapore, are tasked with continuing to drive Mercer’s business and sales growth in their respective markets.

Mr. Wong and Mr. Goh both report to Lisa Sun, Managing Director and Partner, Asia Market for Mercer and will be responsible for the company’s Hong Kong and Singapore operations respectively, including ensuring effective collaboration between businesses and delivering enhanced business performance and positive employee engagement.

Commenting on the appointments, Ms. Sun said: “Mercer is the industry leader in Asia Pacific and we continue to invest in growth markets, including Singapore and Hong Kong. The appointments of Mr. Goh and Mr. Wong reinforce our commitment to clients in this region. Mercer has also welcomed Jon Robinson as ASEAN Executive Rewards Leader, Kwong Hui Hen as Senior Associate, Executive Rewards, both based in Singapore and Mr. Robert Li as Talent Consulting Business Leader, based in Hong Kong. These appointments come in response to increasing demand for talent consulting and advisory services across Asia Pacific and, in particular, employee remuneration and benefits design services.

Mr. Robinson, Mr. Kwong and Mr. Li will report to Shai Ganu, Mercer’s Market Business Leader – Talent Consulting, Asia Region.
