Standard Chartered Bank has appointed Enoch Tan as Managing Director and Regional Head, UHNW Clients, ASEAN, with the appointment effective 1 July 2015.

Based in Singapore, Enoch will be responsible for spearheading the Bank’s initiatives specific to the UHNW clients in the ASEAN region, and will work closely with the front line teams to identify, engineer and deliver differentiated products to meet the clients’ specialised needs. He reports to Stephen Richards-Evans, Head, Global UHNW Clients and locally to Peter Kok, Regional Head, ASEAN, Private Banking Clients.

Tan brings with him a wealth of corporate finance and private banking experience. He was most recently Managing Director, Head of Client Solutions, Asia, at Royal Bank of Canada, and prior to that, an investment banker at NM Rothschild & Sons as well as UBS Investment Bank.
