The Real Deal is bringing the "U.S. Real Estate Showcase & Forum" to Shanghai on September 10 through 12 at the Jing’An Shangri-La Hotel. The show will be the largest U.S. real estate event ever to be held in China.

The showcase will feature exclusive networking events as well as 12 panels and workshops that offer everything investors need to know to invest in the hottest real estate markets in the U.S.

The panels will feature a host of U.S. real estate magnates including former New York Gov. Eliot Spitzer. The panels will cover hot topics such as "EB-5/Immigration & Real Estate" and "How to Gain Access to Top U.S. Schools and Find Housing.” Other panels will cover new opportunities for development in NYC and beyond as well as panels that put focus on the California and South Florida real estate markets.

The show is expected to attract five thousand Chinese real estate investors and professionals.

With a triumvirate of market forces in China – a plunge in the Chinese stock market, a growth of personal credit, and a housing market slowdown – Chinese investors comprise a tremendous market opportunity for U.S. developers and sellers.

Chinese investors spent an astounding $22 billion on U.S. real estate in 2014, 72 percent more than they spent just one year earlier. This investment trend is expected to grow even more.

The U.S. Real Estate Showcase & Forum offers Chinese buyers the chance to immerse themselves in U.S. real estate with an incomparable opportunity to explore investment opportunities at more than 100 U.S. residential and commercial properties, without traveling to the U.S.

The showcase will conclude with the VIP Deal Summit, a handpicked invitation-only dinner that pairs the biggest players in U.S. real estate with China's most active individual and institutional investors.
