The start of the second week of July sees no let up in the announcement of senior movers across the APAC region here are a few highlights.

In Hong Kong Sandra Lau has been installed as the head of wealth management at OCBC Wing Hang Bank. Lau will report to Stephen Wong, head of retail.

Also in Hong Kong ANZ Private Bank, which has seen a flurry of senior moves over recent months, has adjusted the position of Dennis Yu who is now part of the international team. Yu was director, private banking, Asia at ANZ Private Bank in Hong Kong prior to this shift.

BNP Paribas has named Joris Dierckx as Country Head for India and Chief Executive of BNP Paribas SA, Indian branches. Dierckx was previously the Head of Country for BNP Paribas in Korea since 2012. He replaces Jacques Michel, who will move to Bahrain as Head of Middle East and Africa, BNP Paribas Corporate and Institutional Banking.

In Australia Citi have hired Hamish Whitehead as managing director for capital markets origination. Whitehead was formerly the equity capital markets MD for the past five years at Deutsche Bank.
