Swiss bank Credit Suisse are said to have secured the services of John Woods who will join the bank in September as the chief investment officer. Woods will be based in Hong Kong.

Also in Hong Kong the hedge fund Symmetry Investments has hired Aleksander Twarowski and Deepak Baghla to their team.

Former Asia ex-Japan head dealer at BlackRock Lam Chi Kwan has been signed up by another Hong Kong based hedge fund Alpine River Capital Management.  ABN AMRO Private Bank have lost the services of an experienced greater China specialist Donny Chong.

In Singapore Remigio Luongo will take over as CEO of Vontobel Financial Products in Asia as of 1 July 2015. Meanwhile, Gerhard Meier, Global Head of Vontobel’s multi-issuer platform 'deritrade® MIP', will also be responsible for coordinating and promoting the development of Vontobel Financial Products in the region.

In Vietnam Savills the global real estate services provider has announced the launch of a new Korean Desk. Joonsun Yoon has been appointed as Associate Director, Business Development of Savills Vietnam.
