Moves Across APAC Weekly Wrap

It has been another active week across the region for senior moves here is a round up of some notable changes.

Tuxedo Money Solutions, the UK-headquartered international payments technology firm, has appointed Duncan Currie as Regional Director for Australia and Asia Pacific.

In Hong Kong HSBC Global Asset Management has appointed Mark Li as the new head of institutional business for China.

Neal Armstrong the CEO at Standard Life for Singapore is said to be leaving the firm and returning to the UK.

Citi Private Bank are set to lose senior managing director Dominique Barrazone who is said to be leaving the US bank in August. Barrazone is based in Singapore.

Mirae Asset Management have appointed Philip Cheung as head of wealth management, Cheung will be based in Hong Kong.

In Australia AMP Capital's head of fundamental equities Ella Brown has announced her retirement. Brown joined the company in 2011 she oversaw many aspects of AMP Capital's Global equities and fixed income division. Also down under investment bank Rothschild has appointed Paul Shew as head of debt advisory and restructuring.

Barry Chen has been hired by Julius Baer in Hong Kong as an FX advisor. Chen moved from Citi Private Bank, also in Hong Kong Ting Li, head of State Street Global Advisors’ (SSGA) Asia ex‐Japan business, has decided to vacate her position at the firm this August.

Veteran banker Aftab Ahmed has been appointed country head for the Philippines by Citi, Ahmed's appointment takes effect July 15 pending regulatory approval.
