AMP Capital chief executive Stephen Dunne will leave the company after more than 12 years at the helm of the diversified investment manager. AMP said a global search is underway to find a replacement for Mr Dunne, who will retire later in the year.

HSBC Private Bank in Singapore has lost the head of funds selection Alexander Kwan who has left the bank.

ANZ announced the appointment of Peter Chan as CEO ANZ Philippines reporting to Managing Director South East Asia and India Sameer Sawhney.

Sidley Austin LLP has announced that Charlie Wilson will be joining the firm in Singapore as a partner in the M&A and Private Equity practices. Mr. Wilson has practiced law in Asia for 17 years and regularly advises clients on transactions throughout Southeast Asia.
